Positive Behavior Support

At Dexter Elementary we strive to provide a safe learning environment which supports the best education possible.  During the 2008-2009 school year a team was devised to develop and implement a framework for a behavior model which promotes clear and consistent expectations for all schools.  A plan has been devised to educate the entire Dexter Community about appropriate behavior in various areas of the building, acknowledgement for those who meet all expectations, and a plan of intervention for those students who need guidance to meet the goals of the behavior expectations.
