Daycare Information
The Extended Daycare Center program is available for children who need care before and after school. Children may attend before school from 6:30 a.m. until school starts and from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. There is no daycare service available between 7:45 a.m. and 2:16 p.m.
Any child enrolled in elementary school, K-5, is eligible to attend on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees must be paid by the first day of each week of attendance. Snacks will be provided in the afternoon program. Homework time is also available.
Fees:
$43.00 per week per child for AM & PM program
$30.00 per week for the PM program
$13.00 per week for the AM program
Daily drop-in rates:
$ 6.50 - AM fee
$11.50 - PM fee
$18.00 - AM/PM fee
Late charges:
If a parent arrives 6:01 p.m. and 6:19 p.m.:
$10.00 late fee will be assessed per child
If a parent arrives 6:20 p.m. or later:
$20.00 late fee will be assessed per child
Snow/Emergency Days:
The ED Centers are open when schools are open. If schools are closed because of a snow day or emergency, the ED Centers will be closed.
*The ED Centers will be open at 6:30 a.m. even if there is a delayed opening.
*If school is canceled after a delayed opening, parents will be notified to pick up their children.
*If an early dismiss occurs before 12:00 noon, the ED Center program will be canceled for that day.
*If an early dismissal occurs after 12:00 noon, the ED Center program will be opened as soon as school is dismissed and operate on a regular time schedule.
