Vogel is a great place to be! The students, families, and staff members working together make our school a wonderful place. There is always a variety of educational activities and lessons for the students to participate and be involved with.

In the area of counseling, there are, also, many services offered. We aid the students with academic, social, behavioral and emotional problems. We keep and maintain student records and confidentiality, coordinate ISTEP+ testing, coordinate and present special programs, including anti-bullying, career and character development. We work with parents and teachers to assist with attendance and citizenship. There are many excellent opportunities that we can offer our Vogel families.

All About the Counselor

I have over eleven years of experience in the field of education.  I have served as an elementary teacher, an early childhood education administrator, and a counselor for all ages.  I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Indiana nad a Master of Arts in Education from Murray State University.  I truly enjoy working with my students and their families!

I have been married to my husband Jeff for over twelve years.  We have two children, Madison and Jackson.  Our dog, Daisy, is a Welsh Corgi. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, horseback riding, camping, and spending time with my family.
