It is my pleasure to welcome you to Culver Elementary School.  Whether you are a returning student, or new to our school, we are excited to have you with us.  You are among approximately 400 students in preschool through fifth grade.  We are fortunate to have a dedicated, caring staff to work with you here at Culver.  We have high expectations of you, in terms of both academics and behavior.  Our goal is to provide you with the necessary support to help you receive a quality education.  With hard work and dedication, I guarantee you will have a tremendous school experience.

Every morning you will hear me read the Culver Creed at the end of the morning announcements.  This is a set of belief statements we follow at school.  You will also find these statements posted throughout the building.  Please read the creed very carefully:

Besides doing your best during the school day, we encourage all of our students to particpate in the wide variety of after-school programs offered every day.  There are many options to choose from, and we find that students who participate in programs are more successful in the classroom.

We look forward to seeing you each day.  Culver Elementary School is a great place for students to be successful.  I know you will enjoy making new friends and working with the teachers and staff.  We are here to help you be the best student possible.
