Family Services

The EVSC believes that by offering student support through the Center for Family, School, and Community Partnerships, and connecting students and their families with community partners and staff, we can help every child succeed in school as well as life.

School counselors are stationed in each school, coordinating testing, scheduling student classes, counseling students through crises, as well as developing student individualized education plans (IEP).  family school community council

Social workers, present in most schools and available through the Center for Family, School, and Community Partnerships, directly support the students through home visits, connecting students and their families to community resources, individual or group therapy with the students and/or families, and assessing, evaluating, and referring students and/or families to resources.

Our student support advisors serve all schools and specifically focus on working with individual students through their individualized education plan.
