Dress for Success Uniform Dress Policy

The "Dress for Success" policy is designed to keep students focused on classroom activities and to make it easier for families to provide clothing conducive to the learning atmosphere at the schools they attend. It also helps to eliminate some of the rivalry that takes place regarding clothing items at school, and provides for a safer learning environment. Principals at schools who have uniform policies will still have the latitude to determine special spirit days which would call for school logo clothing; or free-dress days. Links at bottom of page designed to help families with dress for success needs.

The decision on whether a school has the Dress for Success policy or not, rests with each individual school community. Schools work with parents, parent organizations, students, and staff to come to consensus regarding this decision.
