The EVSC's Office of Business Affairs oversees all financial-related activity of the school corporation, including processing payroll, submitting financial reports, accounts payable and handling the budget for the corporation.

The office also is responsible for a number of operational tasks in the corporation, including collecting bids and quotes, purchasing and insurance.

In order to be placed on the vendor list for the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation, a Vendor must register on the link below. While registering on this site, Vendors will have the opportunity to select items that best represent their products or services provided. When a need for your products or services arises, we will send you a bid packet or price quotation form.

After being placed on the Bidders List, failure to respond to any Invitations to Bids, Requests for Proposals or Requests for Quotations will be understood by the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation to indicate a lack of interest and will result in the removal of the vendor from the Bidders List for the item(s) concerned.
