Throughout this school year, your EVSC student will be asked to participate in different surveys that will help us gain a better understanding of your student's skills and the culture and climate of our schools. See the survey information below.
Future Ready Skills Survey
Students in grades 3-12 will participate in the EVSC Future Ready Survey, a survey designed to measure climate, culture, and future ready skills. Please click on the links below for survey questions.

My School Survey
Students in grades 3 to 12 from all EVSC schools will be invited to complete the My School Survey, which asks questions about the school environment, student engagement, health, and access to the internet. The survey is being administered to better understand student and family perceptions of their experience with their school. The survey is also being used to collect information to be used to inform and assess progress on various EVSC and community grant initiatives. You or your child may refuse to participate in the survey at any time. No identifying information about you or your child will be collected. You have a right to review and inspect all materials related to the survey. If you have questions about this consent, please contact the EVSC Office of Accountability 812-435-0912.
