Summer School
We know that every student learns at their own pace, and sometimes a little extra help and time makes all the difference. Our summer program provides targeted instruction to strengthen the foundational skills that are vital for future success. It’s not just about catching up; it’s about walking into the next school year with the confidence and readiness to thrive.
The EVSC will once again offer free summer school for eligible students, with a focus this year on early literacy. at the elementary level and credit recovery at the high school level. For elementary summer school, morning academic sessions will be available for targeted K-5 students. Schools will be reaching out to identified families soon. Bus transportation will be provided for eligible students.
Note: This year, EVSC Summer School will only include morning academic programming. Families will receive additional details on potential afternoon opportunities provided through community partners.
