To report absences over the phone, call 844-434-0079 or call your student's school and Press 1. Make sure you are calling from or entering the phone number that is on file at your student's school.

Download the SchoolMessenger mobile app to quickly and easily report absences. After downloading the app, create your account using the email address that is on file at your student's school.
To make it quicker and easier for families to report absences, the EVSC uses a system called SafeArrival. SafeArrival is part of our larger communication system called SchoolMessenger.
Please use one of the three ways listed to report an absence through SafeArrival. Please report full day and partial day absences, or instances where your student will need to leave school early or arrive late.
Please report your absence by 9 a.m. In addition, if your student will miss due to a doctor's visit, please provide the doctor's statement within one week of the absence.
Only doctor's statements, legal statements and funeral statements are considered excused absences.(Excused absences are the only absences that do not count against the absences for pre-court purposes.)
